It's okay though! I'm going to die anyway. My senior project is to basically take over and revive the school newspaper, which is dying a horrible death. (The journalism class is getting cut from the curriculum...sniff) So I'm going to be running and editing and trying to make a group of high school students actually meet a deadline--more than once, not to mention probably write a column of my own as proof of project... and I have no clue what my thesis for my paper is yet.

I'm sure you can handle that. I bet you're one of those organized leader types.

Somewhat. I'm mostly just loud and stubborn.

Yep, pretty amazing.
Anyway, do you have to do anything like the senior project or something like that in your school district? Here it's a graduation requirement.

Very lucky you. Ours is exactly the same as the project Amiboshi just finished up in Washington. It's a 25 hour project of our own creation, with a corresponding 8-12 page paper and a 15-20 minute presentation about the whole thing at the end of the year.

It can be.
My teachers are throwing a fit right now because I'm not taking much next year that is actually academic other than World Literature (Senior Honors English) Anatomy and Current World Problems. I decided not to take calculus or Honors physics next year. That would just be overload.
