He shrugged carelessly, looking the least bit phased by the rain. "Whichever you think I am, is what I am." Falan managed a smile. "I think I would prefer we were friends," he said. Though I think we should be much better strangers...

Zxien watched the group talk.
Something.. he hoped.
He wanted something to be unfolded out of their conversation.

" If that's what you want." Seiichi grinned at Falan, before waving happily to Zxien.

Falan relaxed slightly. Even though those fangs still glinted through the rain, Seiichi's grin looked much less menacing than it had before. He looked at Edan, making silent conversation that clearly said, what now?

"If you are not happy with him being a friend, then simply make him a foe. He cannot be a stranger, now that you know him," Omen said calmly from his position - which was one of leaning on a tree trunk.
"There is no point in thinking he is a foe when you say he is your friend,"

"...Now you're just trying to confuse these guys," Seiichi commented, staring blankly at Omen when hearing his comment.
"._."

Edan sweatdropped. Smiling reassuringly at Falan, he shrugged uncommitedly.
"Oh well."
Maybe this guy is trustable, after all. Stupid me.
Stretching out a hand, he turned his smile on Seiichi.
"Pleased to meet you."

Zxien seeing that Seiichi acknowledged him, waved back. People here sure are friendly.

Falan eyed Seiichi warily once more. Then he released a sigh, closing his eyes. "Forgive me if I am not quick to trust. I'm pleased to make your aquaintance." Falan's usual smile seemed somewhat forced, but nonetheless genuine.

Omen simply shrugged; afterall, who was he to say about what these people thought?
It wasn't like he wanted to hear some of the bit's and pieces that slipped through his mental barriers.
Shrugging again, he continued leaning on his tree, water dripping onto him from the leaves.

Seiichi simply laughed.
Humans do amuse me.
And so, he shook Edan's hand in return.

Falan turned and looked away from Edan and Seiichi. The rain continued to pour violently around them. Falan's aqua eyes swept through the rain, over the bodies before him and into the forest, looking but not really seeing.
"That voice..." he said softly. "Now I remember......."

"Hm?" Finally, something of interest seemed to be happening.
Omen looked up, wondering what it was.

Falan's eyes broke loose with the sadness he kept so restrained. "I can still hear her voice. I thought I had lost it when....when I lost her." Falan turned away before he softly began to sing in a foreign tongue.
Don't fear the changing times, for what is now shall never come to pass again. And so we walk along, for miles we walk along, far from the love we once shared.
