Inactive Member Purging Process
Due to the huge amount of inactive members in MAC, I have found it necessary to purge the inactive members at regular intervals.
This is the purging process:
Stage One:
ALL NEW ACCOUNTS WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE POST WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF REGISTERING WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING.
This means all newbies must post at least once within two weeks of registering or else they'll have to register again.
Stage Two:
ACCOUNTS WITH LESS THAN TEN POSTS AFTER SIX MONTHS OF BEING PART OF MAC WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING.
What it says. If an account has less than ten posts after six months of joining MAC, it will be deleted, UNLESS the person is alive and posting, OR if the person has a good reason and has talked to me about it beforehand.
Stage Three:
ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE BEEN INACTIVE FOR A YEAR WILL BE DELETED, WITHOUT WARNING
This means that if a year has passed since your last post, your account will go. Unless I like you or am too lazy to complete Third Stage.
Hopefully this will encourage constant activity in MAC. Ten posts in six months isn't that hard, guys, just to keep your account. A post a day or every couple of days shouldn't have a detrimental effect on your time either.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not have more than two accounts for yourself. If you are careless enough to put the same email address on more than two accounts I will be deleting the most inactive one and issuing a warning.
